Speak with an Analyst to Prepare your Personal Project Brief
Once you've provided us with this information, it's time to go into detail with your personal project analyst. For this stage we will:
Speak with you about the project goals and aspirations
Answer any questions you have about expected timelines, services and potential costs
Introduce you to your personal architect who'll be working with you deliver your project
Send you further information about us and what you can expect moving forward
1. Design & Planning
Your Personal Architect
We have a team of fantastic architects that deliver residential design, planning & builder matchmaking services across London. Your personal architect will be selected from our network based on location and experience.
Design & Planning
The following is a summary of the stage 1 services you can expect from your architect:
A site survey for up to 4 hours and preparation of existing planning drawings.
Up to 3 free design sessions (for our fixed fee) to prepare proposed planning drawings, location plans and block plans for submission to the council.
Act as your agent during the planning application process to ensure your design receives planning approval. Providing unlimited design changes - following feedback from the council - to do so.

Once your projects designs have been prepared and issued to the council for planning approval your architect will:
Collaborate with you to create and prepare a detailed scope of works document (a shopping list for your project).
Organise obtaining any other design information to be issued to contractors - like structural engineering drawings.
Issue the scope of works, structural engineering drawings and planning drawings to 3 builders from our network and manage the tender process for you until all quotes have been received.
Help you review quote prices and negotiate with builders until one is chosen to deliver the project.
