Following a failed attempt to gain planning permission to alter her listed flat in Islington, our Client reached out to My-architect in 2019 for our services. Through extensive drawing revisions and a thorough analysis of the historical asset, we gained planning permission and listed building consent in 2019 for adding a small extension and making some minor internal alterations.
Once on site, the project was completed within 3 months with the help of Block Design and Build, who helped us deliver the interior design packages too.
