We’re absolutely ecstatic to announce that My-architect is spreading its wings a bit further in south London. Following our successful launch in Wandsworth, we’re now bringing our design magic to the iconic borough of Greenwich. This feels like coming home for our founder, Harry. He’s always had a bit of a love affair with Greenwich, what with its blend of maritime history, parkland beauty and vibrant local life. And let’s not even start with the world-class views from Greenwich Park!
It’s pretty exciting that a large chunk of our current projects is coming from the friendly folks in Greenwich. This means we’re getting quite cosy with the local planning department (we’re practically on speed dial!) and trust us, that’s a big plus. It allows us to bring you the best of our experience and wisdom, honed from our time in Hackney, Islington, Camden, Haringey, Waltham Forest, and Wandsworth.

For this level of service, clients can expect to spend 10-20% of the overall construction budget on architectural services.
Cheap Drafting Companies
While they may lack formal architectural qualifications, they can produce simple planning and building control drawings that meet legal requirements for most extension and renovation projects in London and the UK. This option is best suited for homeowners on very tight budgets, not very high design aspirations and/or a project that does not entail complex planning considerations like conservation areas or listed building consent.
However, drafting companies typically provide minimal design services and limited support post-drawing delivery.
