Our founder, Harry, has always been deeply connected to South London, fostering a particular affinity for Southwark where he lived when he first moved here. During this time he’s grown a great sense of attachment to the area for its rich and complex mixture of industrial, family-oriented, and cultural heritage. Having seen the development in the area take place over the last few decades, he has a thorough understanding of what families and homeowners are looking for in this vibrant borough.
It’s not uncommon to find our team members mingling in the bustling markets or enjoying the ambiance of the heritage pubs nestled among the historic streets of Southwark, especially around the busy hubs of Borough and Bermondsey. The team at My/Architect loves to visit Borough Market whenever we can!
Although we established ourselves in Hackney and Islington first, it’s Camden where we’ve seen the majority of our work come in, over the last 2-3 years.
From loft conversion and kitchen extensions in Chalk Farm and Tufnell Park, to flat renovations and Covent Garden and Belsize Park we’re helping homeowners throughout the borough.
We now work on about 10-15 extension and loft conversion projects per year throughout Camden.
